Finding Purpose and Hope in 2020- Episode #19

It is so easy to get wrapped up in all of the chaos that is swarming around us.  We hear news reports about Covid-19, rioting, politics, killer hornets, and natural disasters and there are days when we just want to throw our hands up in the air in surrender.  I have heard many say, "I can't want until 2020 is just over" and I have been guilty of saying similar things.  However, while diving into the word recently, I came across the story of Esther.  

Today, we will be diving into the story of Esther, discussing her purpose during a crucial time in history, and how God used her mightily.  We will be challenging the perspective we often have of "I can't wait for this year to end" and discussing why instead we should be asking, "God, how can you best use me during this time?  I am surrendering to your will.  Show me."  It's by no accident that you are here, alive, during 2020.  God had this designed before the creation of the universe.  Let's take a moment to dive in and discuss how just this shift in perspective can change everything.
